After a heartfelt speech by Doug Casey, he and Juan Esteban cut the ribbon at the Athletic Club & Spa inauguration which then gave way to a small celebration that included a healthy breakfast.
This state of the art fitness center includes a 3300 sq. feet weight training area equipped with Life Fitness weight training machines, free weights, treadmills, exercise bikes and many other cardiovascular equipment. The facilities also include an indoor continuous current swimming pool, a squash court and a state-of-the-art movement studio. During our last Harvest Celebration, owners as well as guests enjoyed long workout sessions, yoga classes, lots of swimming and a squash match here and there.
